These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of IntelliSchedule ("Service") operated by Hakateq Solutions Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") in partnership with Lira University.

2. Description of Service

IntelliSchedule is an intelligent educational software solution that provides:

• Automated timetable generation for academic institutions
• Course and resource scheduling management
• User role management (administrators, staff, students)
• Reporting and analytics capabilities
• Mobile-responsive access to scheduling information

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

• Users must provide accurate and complete information
• Each user is responsible for maintaining account security
• Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited
• Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to system resources
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hakateq Solutions Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

• Actions of third parties or force majeure events

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hakateq Solutions Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the service or violation of these Terms.

9. Academic Institution Responsibilities

Educational institutions using our service agree to:

• Ensure proper user training and system administration
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity
• Comply with applicable educational regulations
• Provide necessary technical infrastructure

10. Support and Maintenance

Hakateq Solutions Limited provides:

• Technical support during business hours
• Regular system updates and security patches
• User documentation and training materials
• Bug fixes and performance improvements

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
